Diogo Jota scored twice as Al Ahli defeated Al Nassr in the Saudi Arabian Premier League on Saturday.

The Portuguese forward, who joined the club from Wolves last summer, has been one of their standout performers this season and his two goals helped them to a comfortable victory.

Jota's first goal came early in the second half when he headed home a cross from the right-hand side of the box. The ball found its way past the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.

His second goal was even more impressive, as he ran onto a through-ball from midfield and beat the goalkeeper with a powerful shot from distance.

Despite conceding late on, Al Nassr could not find any equaliser as they were ultimately unable to prevent Al Ahli from extending their lead at the top of the table.

Overall, it was another strong performance from Jota, who continues to impress in his new role at the club. He now has six goals and three assists in just eight appearances for Al Ahli so far this season.
